Do you have an accessible room?
Yes, we have one room on the main floor should you require accessible room. The garage and front door allow for zero entry.  

Are there stairs?
The basement rooms require going down 12 stairs, there are also 3 stairs to get to the patio. However, the patio can also be accessed outdoors without utilizing stairs.

Are pets allowed, even if service dogs?
We are sorry, due to allergens we have a strict no pet policy.

Is vaping allowed?
Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Smoking/Vaping is permitted outdoors only in the designated area near the fire ring and with proper disposal of cigarette butts. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Can we bring tents for camping on property?
Yes! Becoming one with nature is the goal.
 
Can we venture into the woods?
At your own risk. Please be aware of property line. We are not responsible for injuries that may occur on or off our property.

Can we bring our own hammocks for the wooded area?
Yes! Be aware that some trees may be weak. Please do not trim trees to accommodate for your hammock.

Do you have cribs? or high chairs?
We are able to provide one pack-n-play and one high chair. Available on request. Subject to availability.

Can I cancel my stay?
Should you cancel beyond 30 days of your stay you may reschedule for a later date (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your stay will NOT be refunded and will NOT have the option to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have cable or satellite TV?
No, but each room with a TV is equiped with a Smart TV for ease of logging into streaming apps.
